Pricing: Packages begin at $2,000 for an individual and $2,500 for a couple.

Optional enhancements: For families with more complex planning needs, you can add additional sub-trusts and customized provisions—such as a spousal trust, special needs trust, or a more complex lifetime/long-term trust for a beneficiary (beyond a simple minor's trust).

Enhancements available: For more advanced planning, you may add tailored trust provisions such as a spousal trust, credit shelter trust, disclaimer trust, special needs trust, or a lifetime trust for beneficiaries (beyond a simple minor’s trust).

Washington estate tax planning note: If your total estate value is above $3 million, you may benefit from incorporating a disclaimer trust or credit shelter trust structure to help minimize—or potentially avoid—Washington estate tax, depending on your circumstances.
