How It Works
A Simple, Virtual Process
From first conversation to finished plan, everything happens over Zoom. Clear steps, no surprises.

Process Steps
01
Virtual Consultation
We meet over Zoom to discuss your family, goals, and concerns. Ann explains your options in plain English and recommends the right package for you. There is no pressure. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
02
Information Gathering
You complete a secure questionnaire with the details we need: family information, asset overview, beneficiary wishes, and guardian preferences. Ann is available to answer questions along the way.
03
Attorney Drafting and Review
Your documents are custom-drafted around your situation and goals. We then schedule a review session to walk through everything in detail. You can ask questions and request changes until you are satisfied.
04
Signing and Delivery
You receive clear instructions for proper execution under Washington law. Once signed, your final documents are delivered, along with guidance on safe storage and sharing them with the key people in your life.
What You Will Need to Get Started
You do not need to have everything figured out. Here is a rough idea of what helps:
- Basic family and personal information
- A general sense of your assets, including real estate, accounts and insurance
- Thoughts on who you would want to care for your children
- Ideas about who should make decisions if you cannot
- Any specific wishes or concerns you want to address
